Individual counselling.

No issue is too big, too small, or too anything to bring to the counselling process. Get in touch with me by phone or email to set up a consultation phone call.

I offer counselling to individuals, and couples who want to work on their parenting partnership.

For some people, seeing a new counsellor can cause some anxiety or nervousness. If it's your first time reaching out you might not know what to expect. If you have seen other counsellors before you might feel overwhelmed about needing to tell your story over again to someone new.  These feelings are completely normal and it's my job to help you feel comfortable. We'll move at your pace. I am always open to a phone call or introductory email so we can go over things and help you know what to expect before your first appointment.

Some reasons you might see me for counselling:

(Keep in mind these are just examples. There are SO many reasons you might want counselling support)

  • You are feeling "off" and haven't been able to improve things on your own.

  • You are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression and you want to feel better.

  • You are having difficulties in important relationships in your life.

  • You want support in navigating a big transition in your life (ex: moving out/new independence).

  • You feel like you don’t really know who you are and/or what your goals are.

  • You notice yourself turning to drugs or alcohol as a way of coping with what’s going on in your life.

  • You have a lot of negative thoughts that impact your mood.

  • You feel like you have no motivation to do anything, and maybe you’ve even considered taking your own life.

  • You have been through something painful or traumatic and it’s impacting you in day to day life.

  • You are coping with a significant loss in your life.

  • Whatever it may be, something needs to change in your life and you want the support of a professional.
